Earth Observatory Experiments ('E' 'M' 'H')
NASA's interactive experiments that can be used to teach all ages
about the art and science of space-based Remote Sensing. The
experiments focus on how NASA uses Remote Sensing to study how and
why Earth changes. It covers such topics as weather (e.g.,
hurricanes), biomes, patterns of change, ICE (Image Composite
Editor), and much more.

Eye of the Hurricane Lesson Plan ('E') (Standards)
As the site describes, "This lesson introduces students to the structure of a hurricane,
particularly the eye. You might want to use it as an introduction to a unit on hurricanes
or weather phenomena. Students will view a video about hurricanes (via the internet), do a simple hurricane
simulation, take a tour into the eye of a hurricane, and write reports about their tour." Geared to grades 3-5 and correlated to National Geography Standards.
