DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITY LOG

Click here to download a Microsoft Word 6.0 version of the Development Activity Log.

Instructions For Use

  1. The "Development Activity Log" is a tool for logging the amount of time the various team members on an IMM development team actually spend carrying out the various tasks involved in the ISD process.

  2. The "Log" should contain the level of detail regarding ISD activities that will be useful to you as a project manager. In order words, do not collect more information than you can really use.

  3. The columns include places for dates and times to be recorded, place for a project code to be recorded, places for the activity code, and spaces for any necessary explanation. If your team members are working on only one project, the column for recording project codes can be eliminated.

  4. Ideally, this type of instrument would be provided to your team members as an electronic template coordinated with an electronic appointment calendar.
