Instructions For Use

  1. The "Multimedia Feasibility Survey" indicates the types of questions that can be asked during an interview or focus group or on a questionnaire. You should modify the questions to fit the context in which your program will be used.

  2. A useful strategy is to collate and summarize the results of one round of the survey, and then to share the results with the same or a different group to have them modify or clarify your findings as needed.
