Resource Center
The
CEISMC Mentoring Program is
pleased to introduce its new
resource center located at
CEISMC. Here, you will find
many useful materials to help
you be the most effective tutor
possible. If you have any
requests for items, please
email them to us! We are
hoping to expand this center
throughout the year.

that only the coordinators are allowed to use
the office equipment and that we must keep

Location
The Resource Center
is now located in Room 102-A.
Policies
-
You may add a
maximum of 3 hours per week of training time
to your timesheets for time spent in the
resource center.
-
Make sure that
you sign-in and out when you use the
center. This is to verify your hours for
your timesheets.
-
The resource
center may be used while the office is open,
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
-
To check out
materials, use the log book, record the
serial number for the item (located on the
back of it) and make sure that a coordinator
initials it.
-
All supplies may
be check out for two weeks, but games may
only be checked out for one week. There
will always be at least one copy of each
workbook in the office for you to copy.
-
The motivators
(stickers, pencils, erasers) are for you to
give to your students, but please be
reasonable as this is for all the tutors to
use for the school year! Make rewards
something that the students must earn.
