K.I.D.S. Club is now in session!

**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 3/28 MEETING**

We have learned late this afternoon that severe weather is in the  
forecast during the hours of the KIDS Club meeting tomorrow.  The KIDS  
Club will still meet, and you can be sure our staff will use their  
best judgment during the event. We also advise parents and guardians  
to exercise their best judgment. Please use caution in traveling to  
and from campus.

If you do not wish to attend the program due to weather conditions,  
CEISMC will refund the fees for this meeting (3/28/09). Please email  
us your name and your student’s name so that we can issue the refund  
efficiently (kidsclub@ceismcmail.gatech.edu)

You are more than welcome to stay at the Instructional Center during  
the meeting tomorrow.  There is a large auditorium with tables and  
chairs available for parents to wait for the event to end.

Georgia Tech’s K.I.D.S. Club is a program designed to enhance and encourage curiosity and enthusiasm for science, mathematics, engineering and technology.   Students in grades 2-5 are invited to join our student-centered, hands-on discovery sessions on Saturday mornings from 9 am to 12 noon.  During each meeting, students will rotate and experience three different hour long activities.

All K.I.D.S. Club meetings for the 2008-2009 season are completely full, and registration has ended.

The K.I.D.S. Club will meet on the following dates: November 8, January 24, March 7, and March 28. Some of this year's meetings will use activities in partnership with PBSKids Design Squad.

If you are registered for a meeting and need to cancel, please contact the CEISMC office immediately.  Refunds will be given to those who cancel within three weeks of the meeting date.
