Important Parent Information

Check-In & Check-Out

* Mandatory check-in is from 8:30am – 8:50am at the College of Management building. Please do not arrive prior to 8:30, arrive no later than 8:30 for check-in. Parents will escort their student(s) to an assigned classroom for check-in – there will be no central check-in point.

* Check-out is at 12:00pm (noon), sharp. For student safety: 1) parents will need to come into the building to pick up their student, and 2) we cannot allow parents to pick-up students curbside at the College of Management. Parents will pick-up their student(s) in the same classroom where they were dropped off.

* The final classroom session ends at 11:55 AM, and it is important that we begin closing the building as close to 12:00 as possible. We thank you for and expect full cooperation in picking up students at 12:00.
 

Additional Information

* No on-site registration is available. Please do not bring friends or family members to the event expecting to register/pay for their participation.  Only students that have registered and paid by the stated deadlines will be admitted.

* Parents are certainly welcome to stay on campus. Of course, you are welcome to hang around the CoM building during the sessions, enjoying sessions, and (hopefully) the nice weather.

We hope you understand the importance of clearly communicating these points.  We believe that students will have a great time, and we know that parents and guardians are our greatest asset in insuring that does, indeed, happen.
