Limited financial assistance is
available for students who meet
financial need requirements and who
otherwise could not attend. Requests
for financial assistance are based on
need and the availability of scholarship
support. All financial information will
be kept strictly confidential and
applying for assistance will in no way
affect the evaluation of your child’s
application.
To be eligible for financial assistance
at least one of the following guidelines
must be met:
A. Student is on the free or
reduced lunch program at school - copy
of award letter must be submitted.
B. Student lives in a family with
an income of less than $35,000 per year
- a copy
of 2007 or 2006 tax return or W-2
form must be submitted.
During your application process you will
download packets to fill out and mail to
CEISMC: the General Information Packet (GIP)
and the Program Application Packet
(PAP). You will submit a PAP for every
program you wish to attend. Each PAP
will have it's own Financial Assistance
Form. You will submit this form along
with the requested supporting
documentation.
Incomplete applications and forms will
not be reviewed.
