EDUCATIONAL INNOVATION, RESEARCH, AND EVALUATION
The Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing (CEISMC), part of Georgia Tech’s College of Lifetime Learning, connects Georgia Tech with K-12 communities across Georgia and beyond to expand access to STEM/STEAM education, spark student success, and strengthen the future workforce. Through hands-on learning, teacher development, strategic partnerships, and rigorous research and evaluation initiatives, CEISMC supports thousands of students and educators each year—advancing the Institute’s mission to broaden impact and opportunity. William Gaudelli was named the inaugural dean of the College in June 2025.
EXCEL, Georgia Tech's inclusive postsecondary education opportunity housed within CEISMC, is a four-year college certificate program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over 90% of EXCEL graduates are gainfully employed.
